Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to the DropColour app for iPhone and iPad ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are
The app is made and published by Michel Melo ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected] or through michelmelo.pt.
2. Your licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent that the law allows and cannot be excluded.
- Remove or alter any notice of ownership, including the credits shown in the app.
- Use the app in a way that breaks the law or the App Store Terms of Service.
4. Ownership
The app, its name, its artwork, its sounds, its source code and everything else that makes it up belong to Michel Melo. These terms do not give you any ownership of them.
5. The App Store
You downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, so your use of it is also governed by Apple's terms. Please note that:
- These terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price — but the app is free, so there is nothing to refund.
- Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent the law allows — any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every defect will be corrected.
7. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Your scores
Scores and settings are stored on your device. We cannot recover them for you. Deleting the app, or losing your device, will lose them. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored.
9. Changes to the app and to these terms
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We may end it if you break these terms; in that case you must stop using the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
